This community is dedicated to bringing the practice of yoga and meditation to women with big dreams, busy lifestyles & adventurous hearts.
Yoga is truly for Everybody. Om Your Own Way offers customized online yoga classes to fit any lifestyle and help guide you to your unique goals. Balance your body, mind, and soul, and invite more peace, ease, and JOY to your life with your yoga practice.
Whether you’re brand new, or just looking to cultivate movement and breathwork into your daily life, on your own schedule, I’m here for you.
The practice of Yoga is so much more than just the physical postures– but is a path to liberation, a way of being that nurtures mindful living.
It’s also a practice that allows you to connect with your innate creativity. As a writer and educator, I know all too well that from a place of burnout, creative expression is virtually impossible. Practicing yoga has allowed me to heal from burnout, and reignite creative energy. I’m here to help you do the same!
I teach online yoga and meditation for creative women who want to practice on their own schedule, but seek to create a greater community, together.
